The standing Scheduled Maintenance Window for all Shelby services is from 1 AM to 4AM CT. This includes all Shelby hosted clients, but could also affect self-installed Arena clients who use ShelbyNext Giving. Interruptions to service are rare, but to ensure that Arena repeating payments are never interrupted by Next Giving software updates, hardware upgrades, etc., make sure that the ArenaRepeatingPayment agent job is configured to run outside of the 1 AM - 4 AM Maintenance Window.
